Things to do before I die #1: Visit a maidu cafe

After a long while, I’m finally going to update my haul of new anime merchandise. I’ll be slowly reviewing each item as the days go by. I’ll be doing an in-depth review for one item each day. So be expecting a more detailed posts on various artbooks and figurines as the days go by. Otherwise, be amazed at how I don’t have a life…T~T

Let’s start with all the artbooks and magazines I’ve accumulated these past weeks.All my magazines minus the artbooks

The big view of everything from above. Alright, I’m going to go into a little more in depth with some of magazines and artbooks. woot woot.

In order from left to right: Moe Moe uniform book: This little handbook is freaking amazing. It is a 195 page booklet that explains various uniforms and rates it’s “moe” level. It has awesome illustrations, and i’l lbe reviewing it in the near future. Next are two figurines I recently received as free gifts. One is from Fortune A-, and the other one is from Little Busters!. Next to them is a Nagisa cell phone cleaner. Since I don’t have a place to put it, I might give it away to someone. And below is from Dengeki Moe magazine, illustration collection. Good stuff.

The book on the left is Custom Made Girls by Miyama Zero. You may recognize it from one of my “pictures of the day” from one of my past posts. It’s one of the most wonderful artbooks I have ever purchased. It has a bit of H-content, but it’s probably the most moe H artbook i’ve ever bought. Actually, it’s probably the only moe artbook I’ve ever bought. Next we have Girls! Girls! Girls! vol.1 & vol.2 I adore both of em, they have some amazing illustrations with an amazing set of artists. Yup, that’s my foot in the picture.

These are my two favorite artbooks at the moment. The one of the left is done by Mikeou, otherwise known as Pink Chuchu, who is consequently my favorite artist besides Tinkle. The one on the right is done by Suzuhira Hiro. It’s a wonderful collection of her works, and its full of awesome and win. Plus it’s hardcover….oooooo!

Let’s see, what do we have here? Little busters perfect visual book. And two artbooks done by Itou Noizi. These are unbelievable artbooks and i would advise anyone who is a fan of anime get these artbooks. The little busters fanbook is chalk full of goodness. Lot’s of color illustrations, and it came with two pencil boards, great shit. The Itou Noizi artbooks are focused on her past works which include Shana, and N-Drops. I’ll be getting a few Haruhi artbooks in the future with her credited as the artist as well.

Moving onto some magazines. All three of these are done by Megami. We have two of them with Nanoha on the cover, and the October issue with Yoko. Megami is infamous for having amazing posters, and these three issues are no exception. I’m planning on getting a subscription in the near future. It’s worth it, at least I think so.

Two Dengeki Hime magazines which are TOTALLY NSFW, and a Dengeki Moeh magazine. The Dengeki Hime magazines although are scandalous, have top notch quality.

Here we have some Dengeki G’s Festival magazines. As usual, Dengeki G’s delivers some amazing quality galleries, but sadly these magazines lack posters. At least not as much as Megami.

I received a free issue of Megami Creators. Such as amazing magazine, albiet it’s a bit scandalous, it’s still a great magazine. The little busters issue from Dengeki G’s is just as amazing as well. These two are probably some of my favorite magazines.

A couple of old fashioned Dengeki G’s magazines, and a Dengeki Comic magazine. The Dengeki comic is a collection of manga and such, which includes the little busters 4-koma. Sadly, I can’t ready Japanese, but hopefully I’ll be able to read it in the future.

Well, well, well, what do we have here? These boxes contain special goodies that came with various magazines. Some contain mouse pads, some contain bed sheets, and the list goes on. I’ll be reviewing these in-depth, so stayed tuned for the mystery. ^-^

For the final image, we have Clannad, Zero no Tsukaima, and Ninomiya-kun. These are all great artbooks, and the Zero no Tsukaima one comes with an EXTRA goodie, that I’ll have to show you guys some other time.

In any case, thats a quick update on some of the merchandise I’ve bought. I’ll update and do in-depth reviews for each of these items in the near future as soon as I pay back all my debts to various people.
